Lotus Ice Cream

Ingredients:
2/3 cup Toasted Almonds
1/2 cup Ground Almonds
2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice.
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar

Directions:

Put all ingredients in large bowl. Mix until sugar is all dissolved.
Put ingredients into ice cream maker and follow the directions.
